encounter a problem with your product, your first point of contact should be your Planar Authorized Reseller. They are
professionals that are trained and equipped to resolve your issues, but should you need to contact Planar directly we are

support please have the following information ready so we'll be able to assist you more effectively:
- Your name
- Your company’s name
- The product model number
- The product serial number
- A detailed description of the problem
Planar's standard warranty protects you from failures due to defects in material and workmanship. The standard
warranty allows for the product or part to be repaired at the factory in Beaverton, Oregon. Planar's warranty does not
cover the labor associated with on-site service. Because most Planar displays are used in permanent installations, it is crucial that
you arrange for on-site service with your Planar Authorized Reseller at the time of purchase.
